Step 2

Position the actuator head between the mounting brackets.

Step 3

Attach the actuator head to the mounting brackets with four allen bolts.  Repeat for the opposite side.

Step 4

Attach the pin connector to the actuator head.  Repeat for the opposite side.

Step 5

Plug the controller into the power strip.
 

Step 6

Tilt the entire table up onto its casters.

Step 7

Attach the horizontal stabilizer bar between the two legs.  Use  the provided Allen bolts to secure the connection.

Step 8

After removing the base from the monitor, position the monitor on the tilting monitor platform.  Use the provided Velcro strap to attach the monitor to the platform.  Make sure the front of the monitor is securely positioned against the front brackets.
