Care and maintenance of your Fluid Chair Upholstery: For fabric, regular professional cleaning is recommended to keep colors fresh and bright. To spot clean stains, clean with water-based cleaning agents, foam, or pure water-free solvents. For vinyl, most common household stains can easily be cleaned using warm, soapy water and several clear water rinses. Moderate scrubbing with a medium bristle brush will help to loosen soiling materials from the depressions of embossed surfaces. For more stubborn stains, use one of the many commercially available mild detergents. Check the product label to ensure that it is recommended for vinyls. Leather may be cleaned using a mild soap and warm water or a commercial leather cleaning product. For MESH, do not use petroleum distillate based cleaners; other household cleaners are adequate. Indiscriminate use of strong solvents or bleachers can severly damage or discolour vinyl leather or fabric products. Metal Parts: Mechanisms and seat sliders (where applicable) must be lubricated once a year using a common lubricant such as WD40. PVC and Plastic Parts: Clean all PVC and plastic parts such as arms, bases and casters with a damp cloth and/or a cleaner such as ArmorAll.
