The ACS executive has eight adjustable air bags around the seat and lumbar area. To mold the chair to your posterior for a personal fit, you push the related control button and a 12 volt pump increases or decreases air to its related support area. Techniques such as pressure mapping and durability cycle testing were also used to develop anatomically shaped foam for extra comfort. The ACS chair comes with a battery charger. It needs to be recharged on average once monthly to one in three months, depending on typical usage.

The ACS Executive is rated for 24 hour use with a high strength, steel frame robotically welded for consistent strength. Wide flat cushions make it ideal for larger users up to a maximum 275 lbs. The chair is currently in use in major call centers and in computer offices within major US corporations.
