Customer evaluation:

of five possible stars) "I had some reservations regarding size and
stability (I'm 6' 4" and weigh 270). I am happy to report that the chair is
plenty large enough and very stable, even when in the fully reclined
position. As I said initially, overall I am very
pleased with the chair (as are several of my coworkers who have tried it
out) and look forward to using it often!!
This is the only area of disappointment for me -- I found the quality of the
base to be substandard. It appears as though the manufacturer included the
cheapest possible generic base to go with this fine chair. The castors do
not turn smoothly (perhaps they are using bushings -- I may try to find some
ball bearing castors as an improvement.). B. B., San
