Neutral Posture warranty information.

The full Neutral Posture warranty applies as follows:

Neutral Posture Ergonomics, Inc. warrants all Neutral Posture seating products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the lifetime of the chair. Normal use is defined as the wear which occurs in an office environment during the course of a normal eight hour work day and with a weight information not to exceed 275 lbs. and not to exceed 500 lbs. on Model 10100.

This lifetime guarantee shall be for all lines and components except as noted: chair controls and mechanisms are guaranteed for seven years; casters are guaranteed for five years; seat and back components are guaranteed for five years; arms are guaranteed for five years.
