The new Flat Panel Display retrofit kit provides support for flat panel monitors using Nova’s recessed-computer technology. The desktop placement of LCD monitors forces most users to view their monitor at an unnatural angle. Nova’s recessed-computer technology eliminates that hazard by positioning the monitor so that users can view their monitor at the same natural viewing angle used for reading a book. The arm allows a large degree of screen angle adjustment, making it simple for multiple users to adjust the monitor to their specifications. 

Recessing the monitor also increases the available workspace.

Retrofit kits are offered for small or large flat panel monitors. Convert your existing workstation to a Nova station!

Retrofit kit includes:

  • a flat panel monitor arm for use with a VESA compliant monitor. Allows you to configure the monitor in a fully or semi-recessed position.

  • a tempered glass viewport

  • a pullout keyboard drawer which can be installed under almost any surface with a minimum depth requirement of 24 inches

  • a privacy visor

If you already have a Nova desk, a special flat panel arm is also available to work with existing Nova desks. The arm accommodates LCD monitors weighing up to 21 lbs. 

The flat panel monitor arm mounts underneath the work surface, supporting the monitor on a tension-mounted steel arm. The monitor attaches with a simple steel plate incorporating the VESA standard hole pattern that almost all LCD screens have adopted.

  • The arm mounts under the desk behind the viewport. and allows the monitor to be placed at a comfortable angle for you.

  • arm adjusts from 0 to 45°

  • features a separate tilt range.
