1. Order on line from a secure site. Just click on "Prices and to order on line" found at the bottom and right center of each product page.
Note: if you are a past Office Organix customer and your address, email and phone has not changed, you may save time and fill in only the order lines marked with an asterisk "*"

2. Order by phone. Call 800-569-9236. You will be able to talk to a customer service person before ordering, with any questions.  We do not use voice mail. We welcome phone orders and provide candid recommendations with your interest - not ours - in mind. Business hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday Est.

3. Fax your order to (401) 821-0111. Provide ship to details and credit card information for purchase.

4. Purchase Orders may be faxed (401) 821-0111or mailed to us. Note: If you do not have an established account with us, your first Purchase Order must exceed $500.00 due to the cost of credit verification.

5. Returns policy: On many items, sales are final and items may not be returned. On other items, the manufacturer may accept returns but impose a restock fee. Those manufacturers who accept returns all limit the length of time returns are permitted, for example within 15 or 30 days after receipt of the order. If returns are permitted, to get any credit due, you must call Office Organix before you return an item for return instructions, the proper address and a RMA authorization number. Without this, no return is permitted. 
     When returns are allowed, the cost of shipping both ways is the
responsibility of the customer. At time of ordering, we will send you by fax or email the return terms specific to your product. If at time of ordering, the terms are not acceptable, you may of course call, fax or email and we will immediately cease processing your order.

Please note the above policy relates to returns due to a change of mind, an "at whim" return. Returns resulting from a product defect are of course handled differently. Then it is our responsibility to be sure you receive a product free of defects and in perfect working condition.

6. Freight and shipping: When we can, we ship by UPS or FedEx ground as they are the most cost effective. However many of our packages exceed the maximum weight or size limitations they will accept. When they do, we ship by freight and usually the manufacturer chooses its own favorite, cost effective freight firm. 
     Deliveries from freight companies are on a so called "dock to dock basis." That means the freight company is not bound to take your order off the truck. You are. Delivery off the truck or inside your company or home is an additional freight option and we will gladly quote the added cost on request. Installation is also additional and can be quoted, too.
   When you get any delivery, UPS or freight, please inspect the package carefully. If any damage is suspected and you can't actually inspect the contents, sign for the package as "potentially damaged". If you see damage or strongly suspect it, you always have the right to refuse to accept delivery. If you do not protect yourself this way, our manufacturer may not be able to get a replacement for you because the freight company will say you accepted the
delivery as undamaged. If you are uncertain what to do, before you sign for a package. call us for assistance.
