Blood circulates as if in a garden hose. Bend the hose and it develops kinks. A standard mouse positions your hand in a palm down and wrists bent up posture. Blood vessels are "kinked." Wrists bearing down on hard surfaces, actually at the Carpal Tunnel, are like hoses being bent. Further, to point mouse movement, you have to grip it and  for things to happen you have to click it.
