How to adjust your WorkRite Cresa Chair.

About your warranty.

CHAIR ADJUSTMENT

For ideal performance, make adjustments in this order:

1, Adjust seat height. Press the front button on the right side of the seat and hold until the desired height is reached. Your feet should be flat on the floor.

2. Adjust seat depth: Press the rear button on the right side of the seat and hold.

3. Adjust the backrest and lumbar height: Turn the hand wheel located on the back counterclockwise to loosen. Move the backrest up or down to the desired position. Tighten the wheel.

4. Sychronic movement: Sit in the chair to release the synchronic movement. To release the mechanism, press the button on the left side of the seat. Press it a second time to lock the mechanism in the desired position.

5. Tension adjustment: Adjust the tension to suite the body weight of the occupant. Turn the hand wheel located under the seat to increase or reduce resistance. Turning towards (+) increases tension. Turning towards (-) reduces it.

LIMITED 10 YEAR WARRANTY

Chair is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials, parts and workmanship for 10 years (pneumatic cylinders two years) from the month of original purchase. Warranty is for normal, single shift use and does not apply to damages or failures resulting from misuse, neglect, alterations or abuse. Fabric and casters are not warranted. WorkRite will determine the amount of damage and determine whether to replace or repair defective parts. Any repair or costs must be approved by WorkRite in advance.
