Ergorest arms are a proven way to reduce the workload on the head, shoulders and neck as you keyboard. They comfortably cut stress, muscle fatigue, and irregular blood circulation from long periods of static inactivity. The result is increased productivity and a more comfortable work environment. Easy to install and they adjust without tools. Arm caps are upholstered in leather. Arm height is adjusted with a simple finger screw and the arms swivel 360º.

Ergorest forearm rests take over the supporting role of your arms and shoulders. The muscular tension in the shoulders can be decreased to one tenth of the normal level. Yet the user has almost unlimited freedom of movement and can reach all space on and beside the keyboard easily.

CONSTRUCTION
By using light metals and aluminum alloy for the frame parts and clamps, and polyamide for the plastic parts, the Ergorest forearm rest has reduced weight and is stable and easy-to-use. The padding is made of foam plastic; the upholstery is leather.

USE
The Ergorest forearm rest provides the user easy mobility when the arm is placed on the rest. However, its mobility is limited when not in use. This prevents the forearm rest from moving to the side when the arm is occasionally lifted from the pad.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE
The Ergorest forearm rest is maintenance free. Wipe the metal parts with a damp cloth. Keep water and moisture away from the joints. Clean the pads with a mild soap-and-water solution.
