• true split - for left/right keys to improve arm positioning. Fits large and small users.

• Optimal lateral tilt - thumbs up posture minimizes forearm tension without the pitfalls of excessive tilt.

• Separate thumb keypads: reallocate workload from overused little fingers to stronger thumbs.

• Vertical, concave key layout: designed for simpler finger motions. This unique layout shortens reach to distant keys, minimizing harmful wrist extension.

• Integral padded palm supports: reduces arm weight to relax neck and shoulders.

The Classic also is packed with productivity features. You can have 24 macros of up to 56 characters to eliminate repetitive typing. You can set Ctrl, Alt or Shift keys to be "sticky" to eliminate awkward key combinations.

An optional foot switch lets you perform any two key actions or macros - for example 10 key numeric users can switch to the numeric pad with a touch of the foot. You can even switch keyboard configurations between Dvorak/QWERTY or switch between Mac and PC configurations. Size is 3" high by 16.5" wide with a depth of 8". Frontal slope is 10º and lateral tilt is 20º. Windows 95 and NT compatible or MAC and Sun systems available. The keyboard has a limited lifetime warranty.
